Our advice aids in understanding how private military force augments a state against hybrid threats, and offers internal and external constraints governing the employment of private military forces. We endeavour to preserve objectivity and limit any bias which may influence our advice or the interpretation thereof.

Our strategies are developed using non-linear and creative thought process; encompass all the levels of war; and include the complex interactions between the dimensions of strategy. The design of our strategies are based on extensive empirical research and tailored to sound military theory, doctrine, and tactics.

Red October implements strategy assigned by government entities and agents. Our behaviour focuses on the broad spectrum of low visibility, covert, or clandestine warfare operations. Using methods both overt and covert, we operate in the grey zone between peace—and the costly, risky, and indefinite commitment of war.
